Issue Description
In-House app installs on device but cannot launch. It is greyed out and displays "This app cannot be installed. Please try again later."
In Jamf Now the status shows "installing" indefinitely and the app is also greyed out if installing via Apple Configurator.
Greyed out apps indicate an issue with a Distribution certificate: the certificate could be missing, an incorrect type, or invalid.
Troubleshooting Steps
Inspect the distribution provisioning profile embedded in the app to ensure that its the correct type and that its not expired.
Rebuild the app with the correct or valid provisioning profile and re-deploy. For more information see: https://developer.apple.com/support/certificates/
