Description
When attempting to "Resync licenses" in Jamf School, a "Failed" message can appear if in-house macOS packages are included in the selection when performing the resync action.
Syncing Volume Purchasing Licenses Only
Go to Apps > Inventory in Jamf School.
Filter by Source to display only Volume Purchasing apps (exclude in-house apps).
Select only the Volume Purchasing apps that need to be resynced.
Avoid selecting in-house macOS packages, as these are not tied to Volume Purchasing and will cause the resync licenses action to fail.
Click "Resync licenses" on the correctly filtered list of apps.
