Issue Description
When uploading an in-house application (PKG file) to Jamf School, the process may become stuck on "Parsing file." This typically occurs due to issues with the original PKG file format or structure.
Troubleshooting Steps
Repackage Using Composer:
Drag the downloaded PKG file from Finder to Composer.
Click Convert to Source to convert the file.
Select the newly created Source and click Build as PKG.
Upload the New PKG File to Jamf School:
Return to Jamf School > Apps > In-House Content Distribution.
Upload the newly repackaged PKG file.
