Save Restricted Software Record

Issue Description

Restricted Software entry does not save properly and shows as "No Name"

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Determine if the Restricted Software message is more than 45 characters due to a known Product Issue, PI-005386.
2. Pare down the message to below 45 characters.
3. Scope Restricted Software record to desired devices.
4. Click Save.
5. Restricted Software record is applied to computers at next check-in.
