Description
If a device is already enrolled in Jamf Now and you try to open enroll the device using an enrollment qr code or link, a blank screen will pop up.
Since the device is already enrolled, it can't be enrolled again. There can only be one management profile on the device. If it is necessary to re-enroll the device, you will need to remove the existing enrollment profile from the device first.
Removing the Jamf Now enrollment profile
Option 1: Command from Jamf Now
If the device record is still visible in Jamf Now under Devices and the device is communicating with Jamf Now you can send the unenroll command.
Option 2: Manually from the device
If the device was enrolled with open enrollment initially, the profile will be removable and can be manually removed on the device itself. For assistance finding the enrollment profile, see Jamf Now Enrollment/MDM Profiles.
Option 3: Erasing the device
If the device has a non removable profile and is not able to receive a command from Jamf Now to unenroll, it would need to be erased and setup again to remove the profile.
