Description
When a blueprint has the Email payload set for 'Exchange' and Mail Days to Sync is configured as 'No Limit', a device may have the inbox in the Mail app stop syncing the emails.
Un-assigning and re-assigning the user to the device temporarily solves the issue but the Mail app inbox will stop syncing the account's emails again. For a permanent fix, adjust the Mail Days to Sync setting in the Jamf Now blueprint.
Changing the 'Mail Days to Sync' Email Setting in Jamf Now
In Jamf Now go to Blueprints and select the blueprint to which impacted devices are assigned.
Click Email.
Set Mail Days to Sync to an acceptable amount other than No Limit.
Note: If an Exchange email account is manually configured on a device, the Mail Days to Sync defaults to 1 month or less.
