Custom B2B App Not Updating in Jamf Now

Issue Description

A new version of a custom/B2B app was released, but the old version is still showing in Jamf Now. This is likely because Jamf Now checks for version updates to apps twice a day. It hasn't yet checked since the new version was released.

Troubleshooting Steps

It is not possible to manually change the version or cause the check in to take place. It is necessary to wait for the next check in for the app version to update.

To try and push the update of the new version you can do the following:

  1. Open the blueprint in Jamf Now.

  2. Go to Apps and click the three dots on right side of the app in question.

  3. Click Update.
