Description
Enrolling... is a stage of enrollment where Jamf Now recognizes a device initiating enrollment through the downloading of a management profile. It is not expected for a device to remain in Enrolling... state for an extended period of time.
Common causes for a device getting stuck at Enrolling... are:
the device hasn't reported back all the information Jamf Now needs for scoping.
the profile downloaded during Open Enrollment was never installed.
Moving From Enrolling... to Enrolled
If a Mac is stuck at Enrolling..., re-enroll the Mac using one of the methods below:
If the Mac shows in Jamf Now under Auto-Enrollment > View Devices, follow the steps in Re-enrolling a Computer using Automated Device Enrollment
Or use Open Enrollment.
