Issue Description

Seeing Jamf Setup Application "This device is not setup correctly. Please return the device to administrator to complete device registration"

The Microsoft Authenticator app is not installed or placed into “Shared Mode” on the device.


Troubleshooting Steps

To enable Shared Mode, someone with Cloud Mobile Admin rights must log in to the Microsoft Authenticator app and lock it in Shared Mode.
