Issue Description
When trying to deploy a profile through Jamf School, the profile fails to install on the device and the Activity Logs shows the error: Profile Installation Failed / The profile “..." may require a passcode change but the passcode cannot be modified.
This happens when the profile contains a Restrictions payload with the Allow modifying passcode option unchecked and the Passcode payload enabled.
Troubleshooting Steps
In Jamf School, open the profile listed in the error message or that is failing to install.
Either check the option for Allow modifying passcode on the Restrictions payload, or remove the Passcode payload from the profile.
Click Save.
Check the Activity Log again to confirm status of the profile.
