Nudge

Nudge is an open-source, third-party application created by the MacAdmin’s Slack Community that prompts users to install updates using built-in Apple methods. Custom user deferrals are offered so that the user can update the computer with the built-in macOS UI when it is convenient for them while not sacrificing putting off the update entirely.

S.U.P.E.R.M.A.N. (also known as super) is an open source script that provides a comprehensive workflow to encourage and enforce macOS software updates and upgrades for Intel and Apple silicon computers and has options for customizable deferrals and deadlines.
