License not found with Jamf School app deployment

Issue Description

If an Apple Account associated with the Apple School Manager account where the VPP token was created is signed into Apple Configuration 2, it causes Apple Configurator and Jamf School to fight over the VPP licenses leading to license not found/insufficient license error messages in Jamf School.

Resolving 'License not found'

  1. Sign out of Apple Configurator 2 on any computers with the application that may have an Apple Account associated with Apple School Manager.

  2. Sync with Apple School Manager in Jamf School.
